Business-grade internet and digital solutions launched by PLDT
MANILA – Telecoms and digital service provider PLDT, Inc. launched its latest package of connectivity and digital solutions to assist business operate in the so-called New Normal.
At a launch event at 4:00 P.M. today, PLDT started its BEYOND FIBER package from its Enterprise Group which brings along a set of digital tools from productivity and collaboration implements to e-payments and e-commerce solutions. The services include enterprise-grade WiFi running on premium fiber service – which will enable small and mid-sized enterprises (SMEs) to make their digital shift towards long-term growth.
SMART President and CEU and PLDT chief Revenue Officer Al Panlilio said the new product will benefit all of their customers regardless of size or industry.
“We look forward to seeing how this solution will inspire business to look beyond the current situation and take their businesses further,” he said.
Meanwhile, Jovy Hernandez, ePLDT President and CEO said digitalization has become critical for businesses that want to survive and thrive under the challenging conditions created by the COVID pandemic. Hernandez is also SVP Head for PLDT and Smart Enterprise Business Groups.
They said the new product is reasonably priced at P2,500 a month and SMES and large enterprises can avail of the foundational components of BEYOND FIBER which include enterprise-grade connectivity through a premium WiFi device and fiber connection, supported by a dedicated business hotline. The speed of up to 50 Mbps, using PLDT’s extensive fiber optic network with more than 322,000 kilometers of fiber cables and continuously growing to help day-to-day business for offices, a branch or people working from home.
