Vice President Leni Robredo visited Cagayan Valley on Sunday morning, Nov. 15, 2020, as parts of the province suffered massive flooding due to Typhoon Ulysses. VP Leni went to several evacuation centers in Tuguegarao City, where the OVP brought relief assistance including food packs, drinking water, and mattresses. She also checked the areas of Linao and Annafunan, where many of the requests received by her office for rescue assistance came from. The Vice President has instructed her office's ground team to assess the situation in hard-hit areas and continue the relief operations in the province, with the help of private partners under the Angat Buhay program.
